You can submit your fanfics for review. The best review site I know of is at:
http://www.usagiandmamoru.com - Go to the Crystal Tokyo Reviews Palace. Also check out their archive at the Review. There is only about 10 stories but each is better than the other. All of them in that archive are a must read!
